Hi, I'm having trouble removing the old hinges. I'm following the video instructions, but they seem stuck fast. I loop the little metal bit over as instructed, lift them up but they won't budge at all. Any suggestions? Many thanks.

The lower part of the hinge 'drops in' and should 'shake out'. Bump the bottom of the door upwards if required to loosen the hinges.
