How do I know if the filter is blocked, the steam flow out of my unit is erratic
My cleaner is not yet two years old! What is the situation, what can I do with it?

If the filter has not been replaced when required the appliance may be blocked by limescale, this may be removed by using a descaling liquid like Stock Number ES1541155
