Panasonic Turntable Model NN-A574SF
This model has a fully pressed bottom guarding motor replacement. U-tube guides say to cut "tabs" to gain access, then tape back....Not happy with this as it may come unstuck & be a safety issue. Any ideas? Thanks

See the video attached and use one of the 'less essential outer cabinet screws' to fix the plate back in position.
