Upper arm not spinning (S5443X1GB/17)
The upper spray arm is no longer spinning on our Neff S5443X1GB/17 washer. Lower arm is fine. Feed pipe tube is clear. Water is getting through ok. Certainly lots of pressure for lower arm. but pressure for upper arm seems poor. WHY?

Unfortunately you will need to call Neff and ask for their opinion on the matter as they are the manufacturer. They should be able to do a quick diagnostic check on the phone and tell you which spare part is necessary.
