what else might it be

Hi replaced heating element and front thermostat on my beko drcs68w and still no heat what else can the problem be. Thanks

    Try cancelling the cycle by holding the cancel for 5 seconds then select a timed cycle and retry. If the machine did heat after the heater was replaced you still can damage the heater by turning off when hot. If this has happened try pressing the reset on the cut out mounted on the heater.
