What is the outside and inside diameter of the duct? also is the flange at the bottom expandable to go over the slightly wider pipe if needed?

We believe the internal diameter of the hose is 150 mm and the hose is a semi rigid type and will 'concertina' to different lengths. The wall 'ribs' are between 3 and 5 mm high.
