Is there an easy way to tell if it's this capacitor or the motor that's at fault?
Without looking inside I have ordered from yourselves a new jockey wheel, front bearings and belt, which I have just fitted, they are all good, just either no rotation or juddetring from the motor. I have a limited tool kit , no testing equipment just hand tools
