If this is suitable for fan ovens, why not conventional ones. Can it be used in an oven that has both types of operation.

Hi Germy, this lining sheet is not suitable for conventional ovens as they have an element under the floor of the oven. If the floor is covered the element is likely to overheat and that could damage the base of the oven, or cause the failure of the element.
