when i turn on my servis washing machine the water that goes in drains straight out again

Check if the water is draining out due to the drain hose set lower than the water level if this is the case then adjust the hose to lift it above the water level. If the water is being 'pumped' out but the pump does not start untill water is half way up the drum there may be a pressure switch fault or a pcb/module fault.
