I have a double oven its overheating ie. I set the temp. to 150 it heats to max temp whilst displaying it is at 150 this is true for both top and bottom oven is it the regulator I need I changed the fan in the main oven last year?

    The oven should have different thermostats for the top and bottom ovens and it would be unusual for both to fail at the same type. If yours is controlled 'electronically' it is likely to have a common control panel, this may be the cause.
