my tumble dryer is blowing cold air what part do i need the thermostat or the element also me dishwasher is has only cold water what part do i need for that

  • Before buying a new tumble dryer element, try resetting the thermostat on the one you have. To do this, unscrew the cover on the back of the tumble dryer, then remove the two screws holding the element to the cover. Look at the "black" (rather than the silver) side of the thermostat. One of the two "buttons" has a small hole in it. Insert a pin in the hole and push down. If you hear a "click", then the thermostat has been reset. Re-attach the element to the cover and the cover to the dryer. The dryer should now blow hot air when operating. By Brian M - Scotland - 23 January 2012
