non rotating brushbar
the brushbar rotates when it in in the air but slows right down when in contact woith the carpet. i have new filters and there is no blockage in the pipes etc. I dont want to spend £59 plus on a new turbobrush to find i still have the problem

- It definitely slows on contact with carpet but that's to be expected given the brush. The job however that it does on carpet is excellent especially dog hairs from our Golden Retriever.
- I have just purchased a TURBOBRUSH replacement and i am really impressed it is much better than the original
