belt keeps coming off

i have a candy washing machine model CM462 S 1400 SPIN the belt does not seem to be worn but it seems to come off couple times a month and i am unable to refit my self would it require a new belt ?

    A common problem with some candy machines is the spline on the drum pulley can wear and become loose. This allows the pulley (Stock Number: ES1070954?) to 'wobble' and throw the belt off on spin. Check for pulley movement and replace if required. If this is ok check for play in the drum bearings and avoid overloading.
