My Westinghouse capacitor is only a 2 pin 8UF 450V design whereas most of the aftermarket options are for 4 pin - how do I connect a 4 pin or do I need to track down a 2 pin?

Although this capacitor has 4 tags there are two to each connection. just connect a wire to one of each pair on the capacitor.
