The online video of the Door Seal repair gave me the confidence to proceed to attempt it all myself and in terms of ordering the seal itself, the search, ordering and delivery were all simple and straight forward too, as was the fitting.

On ordering had a query on the website stating the item chosen was wrong for the machine - contacted epares by email and clarified it was the correct item. Website continued to state the item was incorrect - contacted espares again - they assured me it was in fact the correct item - so ordered and received the item within two days Excellent service

This seal was pretty easy to fit because I watched the eSpares YouTube video, pausing after every action. Quality seems very good.

The washing machine replacement seal was for an old Hotpoint machine and to be frank I was pleasantly surprised to be able to source one as quickly as I did, i.e. one phone call to Espares. The part itself arrived within a few days and was well packaged. The new seal was of a very high standard. The online video on how to replace the old seal with a new one was extremely helpful. I would happily recommend this supplier and will certainly use them again. Finally the promo gifts received with the package was a nice touch.

Steamless process from the initial purchase to the washing machine working again, The video for fitting was 5 minutes it took me 45 which I consider not bad at all considering I haven't a clue when it ces to DIY, trickiest part was the spring wires only because I was a bit concerned I would snap it!

2nd time using e-spares and as previously, unlike other sites, very good search facility to pinpoint exact part for your needs. The product was slightly fiddly to fit and I had to get my son to help replace the thinner wire 'clamp', however I didn't purchase new clamps just re-used existing so new ones might have been easier. Opening up the body of machine also lets you access the powder/fab con drawer section and of course inner of door once old seal removed - so that you can clean - it was all very disgusting. I now aim to clean the drawer areas twice a year even tho I'll have to pull out machine & remove top! The video was very helpful although my model had some extra screws in places, plus I broke a lug trying to remove top of machine as shown on video, whereas I needed to push the top backwards once rear screws removed before lifting off.
