  The product was delivered in less then the time quoted. As far as the product itself is concerned, the quality remains unproven until we know how long it will last. The belt was very easy to fit. Despite our machine being very old, you were able to supply the correct drive belt. The most impressive factor was your excellent service, despite us being located in France.

  1230 J5 Washing Machine Belt 27 May 2015

  I used next day delivery and the tracking facility was great. I ordered a 1230 J5 but got a 1232 J5, it seems ok though. Fitting was easy and has saved me buying a new machine. I will be using espares for all my future purchases, very happy customer.

  Great Service 24 February 2015

  Purchased washing machine belt which arrived exactly when I was advised it would. Unfortunately the wrong belt was inside the packaging, but a quick phone call had a replacement order issued without any hassle and a pre-paid return label emailed to me so I could return the wrong one without any fuss. The replacement also arrived dead on time and was easily fitted. In total it only took from Thursday afternoon from my machine breaking down to being up and running better than ever by Monday lunchtime, which considering the return request was made over the weekend, couldn't have been done any quicker. The product was easily fitted and good value. Very happy and will definitely use again.
