  My Zanussi washer/dryer makes a noise for 3-4 seconds then stops. 10 September 2018

  The error code on my Zanussi washer/dryer stated that the door lock was faulty and within a few days of ordering a new lock arrived. Superb. !! I fitted it within 10 minutes, but alas the machine still did not function and I therefore refitted the original lock and disposed on the machine, buying a replacement washing machine. I now posses a new lock ,if any body wants one.

  Zanussi Door Interlock 11 August 2017

  Old door lock stopping machine from starting,requiring a bang on the area to attain start. Therefore a new part was required and ordered. Watched the e spares video which was helpfully on the same page as the spare part, to see what was necessary to remove / fit the door lock. Fitted the part, no problems, machine starts every time, so far. Happy with the service at e spares good site to navigate easily.

  Repair made so easy! 31 July 2014

  When the door interlock failed on our Zanussi washing machine espares site made it easy to find the correct part and the video tutorial reassured me that it was something I could do myself and showed exactly how to carry out the repair. The part was reasonably priced and what with saving a £90 call out fee a real bargain. The machine was repaired and working in 24 hours thanks to espares.

  zanussi washing machine door lock mecanism/ 13 October 2013

  Quick delivery and the part fitted very easily. Unfortunately the problem persisted. Eventually traced thre problem to the door handle assembly I ordered serarately. This has arrived and proved easy to fit and works properly. I advise everyone to check both parts of the door lock mechanism to establish if the door handle is moving the locking prong far enough that it unlatches from the inner switch. As one opens the door the stricker needs to move about 5mm.
