  Bought this to replace the clear plastic fitting. Had already dis-assembled the washer before I found this site and the useful tutorial - doh ! Easy to fit on and so far no leaks !

  Great customer service to get the correct product 09 July 2017

  This water inlet for the pressure washer is great quality even though I had to go through wrong ones to find the correct one. The customer service I received was awesome they resend a product due to the first being damaged, next day delivery i can't fault that. When the replacement came that one leaked as well upon fitting. I ordered a different piece over a weekend and when I phoned the customer support team during the week they were very sympathetic and helpful and refunded me for the purchase which had failed. They offered me assistance even if this product failed. I can say I've got the correct product this time it has no hairline cracks in it so it don't leak. Great customer service will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family great job keep up the work.

  Bought this as original had a microscopic pin hole in the seam. Simple to fit after dismantling the pressure washer covers. E spares youtube videos show how. This was good value and appears to be good quality.

  Really Good Service 15 July 2015

  I removed the part from my Pressure Washer and because my PW is quite old I wasn't too sure which part to replace it with. I got into a chat with Dan, gave him the part number and with in seconds he had sent me a link to the part on the e-spares website. After approx. 10 min the part was ordered. Within a couple of days the new part was in the PW and working. The royal mail track was a really good bonus. Thanks e-spares you have saved me loads of money not having to buy a new PW!!!!
