  This is a like-for-like genuine replacement part so fitment is an ease. Taking the whole unit apart is not difficult by any means, you don't even need any special tools or manual to do it, just a small amount of common sense. Changeover is a simple swap. Job done! Incidentally you don't need a Pressure Washer Form Seal - (ES538518) as this is included when you order a Pressure Washer Cylinder Head - (ES538413)

  My Karcher sprung a leak ref model K 3-91 M and I went online to purchase a replacement part . The part arrived very quickly the leak was stopped initially. But as you fix one leak there is always a weak link and it has another part leaking. So I shall be looking to buy a detergent assembly fitting. The only problem I found were the lack of photos when refining the search for my actual model ,,so I had to assume.

  I bought this cylinder head/valve assembly after my 18year old 300b unit failed.I had the choice of going along the repair route or shelling out £100 for a new unit.Best decision ever.Back on full power again.

  Purchased and fitted new cylinder head with aid of E-Spares video on Karcher KB9030 Pressure Washer which was O K but no change to pulsing when switched on.

  Only part of what I needed 12 May 2017

  Bought this part because the E spares you tube video told me that was what was wrong. Easy to fit but then discovered that the outlet pipe to the pressure gun had a tiny rip in it. So now I have bought one of them. I'll get it working soon. I hope !!

  Worth a go 03 March 2017

  Easy to replace once you get the motor extracted from the plastic casings. Watch you don't loose the spring when you remove the old one!There are some you tube videos out there that help. For me it did not solve the problem of motor pulsing hence 3 star rating.

  Easy leakage fix 01 October 2016

  By replacing both the Control and Cylider head the problematic pulsing behaviour casued by leakage disapeard! Easy to order, delivered right into mailbox, easy to replace and fit (took about 30 min).
