  Not 100% compatible 01 July 2020

  I own a Zanussi TD4113W tumble drier. When trying to fit this new hose to my existing connection piece (ring nut according to Zanussi!), I found that the hose coil had the opposite "thread" to the connection piece and therefore did not have a snug fit. I was able to put it all together and I only hope it doesn't leak. It is therefore not fully compatible with my existing machine. The original hose fitted perfectly.

  Poor comparison 27 March 2020

  At first sight, appears very flimsy (thin plastic) compared with the original vent hose which had given us well over thirty years of service. We shall see how this one performs over the next thirty years!!

  Tumble Dryer Vent Hose 18 January 2018

  Item adequate, but not particularly thick and robust. Concerned it may not last very long compared to the hose it replaced. We will have to see how it bears up with use, but initially seems rather thin and fragile.

  Reasonable value for the price. 17 April 2016

  Quality not as good as the original hose (Creda drier + 10 years old). Fiddly to fit securely due to it being a few mm smaller in diameter and not as good quality as the original hose. Length more than sufficient.

  This hose was the cheaper of two that i could have bought, it was more a general 'fits all these' type offering, its very loose in the vent ring i should have bought the proper Zanusi offering, my fault for being a cheapskate...

  Almost Good 25 June 2015

  The diameter of the vent hose was marginally on the small side for my Zanussi Tumble Dryer. While it 'screwed' into the fitting on the dryer OK it was not tight, and it actually blew out of the fitting on first use. I was however able to bend the end of the hose back over the clips on the fitting on the dryer, cut slits in the hose to let the clips through and secure the hose that way. So far so good - time will tell if it holds.

  tumble dryer vent hose 26 February 2015

  The quality is quite good and so is the value for money on this purchase, I have had a lot of difficulty in fitting the two ends onto the hose but I got there in the end, albeit a bit frustrating, but now the dryer vents perfectly.
