  Whatever happened to the days when you could buy a washable filter that lasted for years? Now it seems that everything is built to be disposable - buy it , use it, throw it away and spend more money on replacing it. This product is good quality, but at the price, I think it should have enough material to for at least two full usable filters. Maybe it's the size of my filter hood (anyone ever thought of standardising these things?), but if I cut one piece to fit exactly, what remains could only be used in several strips stuck together. To get the best use, I've cut it so that there is one large and one small strip - annoying!
