  This is actually the second time I have bought this item - although the first time it came from another source. The first one only lasted two years, which doesn't seem long - hence only four stars and three for quality. But I guess at the price it isn't too bad. Maybe this one will last a little longer. Time will tell.

  2nd purchase 03 August 2022

  I purchased one in Oct 2020 and it went yesterday 1/8/22. So I purchased another one , hopefully this will last longer ! Fitting us easy and I’m a 59yr old woman ! Only gave 3 stars for quality as I expected first one bought in 2020 to last a lot longer .

  This is my 2nd element , last one bought 2010. Last one lasted 10 yrs. I’m 57 yr old female and fitted it easily . Obviously the the power off . Very happy with item

  Oven Element 25 October 2018

  I needed to purchase a new oven element but couldn't find one on their website. I used the Chat which was very helpful and polite. As I had previously purchased one before I gave them that order number and hey presto I was given the heading to go to. Element arrived and was fitted with no problems.   Used Espares before and found what I wanted easily on previous occasions but this time not sure which item would fit so emailed service center and they came back same day with what I needed. Ordered and delivered within 3 days and my cooker now working perfectly
