  Handy wee set for working on electrical appliances 12 November 2013

  Lets you apply a lot of torque with just one hand, so its good for releasing tight screws that might have been in for a while. I find it very useful, and reach for it for most jobs.

  Handy, but limited. 27 April 2013

  I bought this tool as I needed torx bits to undo the screws on my Bosch washing machine. For this purpose it was not very useful because one of the screws was the teeny weeny T10 size which wasn't included and the driver shaft was too short to undo some of the recessed screws. Other than that, it's quite a handy tool, but bear in mind its limitations. Probably better to go for bigger range of torx keys or drivers for fixing appliances.

  Although the screwdriver is well made and excellent value, note that in some instances you will also need a longer shank to access the screw.

  essential for the job 10 April 2012

  I purchased this item for a specific job, namely replacing the door handle on a tumble dryer. It was due to the star shaped slotted screws that it was required and it worked a treat. The quality was above average and its compact, but stubby design made it easy to use. All the spare bits are held in the handle so, providing my son doesn't find it and use it, they should still be there when I come to use it again.
