Easy to order, Arrived quickly. I watched the video on e spares site and then fitted springs within 10 mins. It took longer to get the integrated dishwasher from under the worktop.

Howden Dishwasher door malfunction 19 June 2015
Initially I thought the tension cords had snapped so ordered a replacement pair before starting work. Unfortunately on removing the dishwasher side I found the hinge spring had broken. I decided to replace the springs on both sides and also both adjustment gears as one of the latter was damaged. The replacement parts were easy to locate on e-Spares web site and the parts arrived within 48 hours. Fitting the parts - including the tension cords purchased earlier - was easy and took about 10 minutes for both sides. I am well pleased with the purchases and the on-line advice from e-Spares. The dishwasher door is back to normal.

Perfect Replacement Part for my Dishwasher 02 March 2015
Spring broke on my dishwasher door and ordered from e-spares the part. Great product perfect as pair where sent so was able to proactively replace the spring on the other side now rather than wait for that to go aswell. 15 mins to replace both springs. Very Happy Customer.

Hubby and I watched the very useful tutorials before we tackled our dishwasher. Pleased we did. Both springs had broken on our door so it was back to the website to order up new ones. No hassle, delivered very promptly as usual and fitted by ourselves saving a fortune. Love this company, have used them for many household spares. There is a strange satisfaction in fixing things rather than writing off in this throw away society.

When my dishwasher door crashed down again - first I blamed my husband - then ordered a new cable - sadly when I took the side off, it was in fact the spring that had broken - so back to e spares for a new spring - two days later, job done ! I keep threatening the dishwasher that "this is the last time " but when it's so easy to find what you want it's easier just to visit e spares !

Worked fine, just not exactly the same 21 March 2020
After repairing one of my old springs last year it finally give up the ghost last week! Howdens (Lamona) dishwasher. These springs worked in the same way although the fitting at the top wasn't the same as the old spring. The new ones are the same either end, but the Lamona one had a hook shape at the top to go into the metal carrier inside. I've just twisted it on and it works so all good.
