    Better Design

When you first open the box your first reaction will be one of annoyance at not having the right part. Look again and this is a modified replacement where the pressure hose fits in front of the trigger guard and not underneath it. This makes it even better than the old design because the lance now become better balanced and is lighter to handle than the original. Fitting is simple although my machine is 11 years old so it took a bit of persuasion to release the 'c' clip and seat the hose in the new lance. Tip: smear the end of the hose in petroleum jelly and it will seat easier. Money well spent!

not as sturdy as original so i worried about using it on a K7 at 160 bar. no probles though, it works fine and at a far better price than elsewhere.

After the heavy frost when I used the power washer the hand gun leaked water. Is it possible to repair the gun? There are 4 star screws and others that look like screws. How do i remove these to see if a part is damaged?

  • I have the same problem so I bought a new gun and what do you know it happened again but this time it happened as soon as i put the new one in.and i got it off ebay but they will not replace it they said it was my fault as it was the way I connected the hose to it .something to do with the flow of water and the valve in the connecter.anyway I opened it up to find it was just a 0 ring so I replaced it but now the hole gun handle just pops open every time \i try it.So it's a new gun again and hope 3rd time lucky. Answer this question

Hi, does this gun have screws that hold the two parts together, mine has some screws and some injection molded welded making it not easy to get inside and repair, you said this is a new designed do you know if there was a problem with the original design as on mine part of the plastic where the Hose enters broke due to the pressure through the hose. Thanks

The usual cause of damage to the gun and pressure washer is freezing in cold weather. We do not have details on if this part can be dismantled or other reasons it may fail.
