I've used two of them last year and unfortunately I have to buy another one this year as it is broken in the middle.Its design and material is not as good as I expected :-(

This is a genuine Karcher part but it is the third handle in 3 years for this hoover because it has a weak build in the curve of the handle and all 3 have snapped in exactly the same place and for three seperate people using the hoover !! Other than the handle the hoover is fantastic hence why I have continued to buy handles because this model is now discontinued

the product as supplied exactly as the original.Fitting was obvious,however it would have been better to include the hose clamp as the original plastic spring clips built in seemed a little tired.The original design(Karcher) would seem a bit lightweight on this item and i have never replaced one before,the cleaner itself has super suction and is well made.Rocker R.
