How do you say something useful about a set of carbon brushes? Follow the video and it's a piece of cake to effect the repair.
How did we know we needed new brushes?The spin cycle got a bit erratic with the drum not reaching full speed was the first sign, then the spin cycle dropped out all together although the drum still turned on the wash cycle. Took the back off and saw the sparks coming from the armature when it was running light and the motor was definitely making a different noise.
Now...as good as new and much quieter.
We live in the mountains in Southern Spain, ESpares are a godsend out here, so efficient, definitely 5 stars for them as well!
