Insignificant part but can't do without it

This small bet very important spare fitted very easily but please be aware that the threads were not present in the replacement part so the use of a vice made it easier to put my own threads to allow fitment. The new part included a new pin as well so I used that as the old one may have been worn but I used the old locking nut as the replacement one was shiny steel not the black original which is what I used instead.

Try screwing the 'striker pin' out a little as this may be causing the door to 'pop' when it warms, watch our video: How to Fix a Oven Door Catch or Striker Pin (Belling): http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/1/3649

Answer this question

The latch on the door will not shut I have looked at the old one and cannot see how you fit it do you have to remove the inner door panel or the outer door panel?
