smeg toaster wont stay down when opperated. Elements work ok when held down manually. any thoughts?? 1 Answer

We believe that it is most likely that the solenoid that holds the cage or the operating mechanism is not working so start there.
my four slicer keeps just blowing circuit breakers - the elements lite up - could it be a faulty timer - turn it on and it blows Any suggestions

In our opinion it is a lot more likely to be a faulty element than a faulty timer.
