Our kettle model no. is 103002 and I'm wondering if the filter ES1670601 will fit (it looks the same)? Also how do you get the old one out? - I've tried a gentle push from the top, in case it clicked into place and also tried sliding it up but I can't shift it!

Stock Number ES1660864 is your filter. If stuck try using white vinegar or a descaling product to remove any lime scale holding the filter in.

My husband cleaned our swan kettle recently and took out the spout filter to clean, but unfortunately we cannot remember how to replace it in the spout, can you please give us advice on this. The kettle is fairly new bought it a few months ago.

We do not have information on this but at the bottom of the image there is a short tab that is likely to locate in a hole and the body may either slip into 'channels' on either side or the filter push on to two 'pegs' through the holes at the top.
