      Wrong Product - Returned - Still awaiting refund over four months later. Disappointed with the Customer Service Received
      I ordered a product, a bottom bottle holder tray, for the inside of our fridge, which unfortunately was the wrong size. I arranged a return within days, on 19th January 2024 and still not had a refund, as of 24th May 2024. After several customer service tickets being raised, I'm no further on, it's very disappointing and out me off using ESpares, in the future.

      Wrong part twice
      I ordered a part for my dishwasher and when it came it didn’t fit, I returned the part and was advised by email that eSpares had found the correct part for my machine. Ordered this part and it was also wrong part. I have now been charged delivery on both wrong parts and still no further forward
