Pressure Washer Outlet Connector leaks when I turn on the pump

hi i have just fitted a new pressure washer oulet connector, fitted quite easily, but when i switch on the pump it leaks, but when i turn the pump off and allow the water to flow through it doesnt leak, o ring is in place too, any suggestions please

    Hi mark, it may well be that the pump itself has become damaged or cracked - especially if the symptoms started since you started using your washer again after the winter months. Water freezing inside the pump can cause damage and leaks.
