Hi there your video for replacing the drain pump on a zanussi is very clear. I bought a new pump from espares this week but my machine has a plastic cover on the Base which I can't remove.. any quick tips?

If the cover is a light weight plastic panel it will usually be held by two or three plastic plugs that can be prised out. Then the panel can be slid to one side and released.
