  Very easy and efficient service 10 August 2023

  The front of the top freezer draw in our Bosch fridge/freezer broke. As we had purchased it many years ago I was concerned that I might not be able to secure a replacement. I Googled the details of the fridge freezer and the part that I needed. Espares came up in the search. I went to their website and selected the part that I wanted. It arrived within days. It was a perfect fit. The freezer is now as good as new. Thank you espares.

  When one of my freezer draw fronts split I thought I had a problem. However, I remembered eSpares. It was very easy to order on line. The ordering instructions on the web page were very clear. Two days later the new draw front was delivered and fitted within ten minutes. There is also a video on the website showing how to fit the new drawer.

  Perfect Replacement Part 13 June 2022

  The new drawer front is a perfect fit for my Bosch fridge/freezer thanks to the e-spares help on how to find the model number. My hubby accidentally dropped the box out the freezer and so the original drawer front was very cracked and unstable. Very pleased it’s like new again. I found the whole process very easy and the part also easy to fit so thanks e-spares!!

  Freezer Lower Basket Front 14 January 2019

  Well impressed with the service Ordered the above item at 17:00 hours on Sunday 6th January 2020. It was delivered by 12:30 hours on Monday 7th January 2020. The draw was repaired within 3 minutes of opening the package. very pleased with the price.

  Frozen Cover 05 April 2018

  I looked for a replacement cover as our original broken while pulling heavy contents from top shelf our mistake. Sort replacement as i have used E spares before for other items and thought i would give go. Sam was the guy i spoke to using e chat and was very helpful in finding the replacement part as the fridge/freezer was a good few years old. very easy to replace. Job well done.
