  Fabric Conditioner not being used. 23 October 2017

  The video identified the problem of unused fabric conditioner. Ordered part. Referenced video during installation. Which took about 15 minutes. Ran a wash and the problem was sorted. Happy Days!

  Leak in Washing Machine 25 January 2017

  Had leak in washing machine, on dismantling, problem was on side of dispenser, had ordered dispenser spray lid, fitting wasn't straightforward, had to do a bit of "sheet metal" work, but now fitted and No leak ----- yet !!!!!

  Very straightforward to install; viewing the associated video was extremely helpful as no detail was left out. However, be careful to note the finer points of how the whole soap dispenser is fitted at the front as you take it out, so that you are sure of what's what when you put it back in (a close-up photo or two is the easiest method).

  Dispenser Lid 21 June 2016

  Be careful, this is a soft plastic and the locators can damage easily (but not on my watch!). Take the time to check the seatings before engaging the clips, do take the time to watch the video on the home page before starting, then you get the "OH Yeah!" moment
