  Useless 01 August 2013

  It may seem strange to give an overall rating of one star and five stars for each of the other categories, but read on. I purchased this item nearly two years ago but have only recently decided to use the T-50 brush attachment. When I came to replace the original this new one was approximately three inches too short and obviously left a gap, rendering the T-50 useless. As it was nearly two years old, although never used, eSpares refused to replace it and told me to contact Karcher to see if they could help. They are being helpful and I may get a replacement. Fingers crossed!

  The model number of the appliance is Karcher T Racer T300 The part I require is the brush strip.(your web site also refers to it as a strip brush?) You sent me ES956471 karcher part 6.369-978.0 you web site says its for the T300 but its to small (probably for the T200) You have 3 different brush strips or strip brushes on your web site as follows ES956471 karcher part 6.369-978.0 already proved that this is wrong part ES953178 karcher part 6.369-738.0 not sure what this fits as web doesn't state ES1231839 Karcher part 6.371-086.0 web site describes as strip brush but doesn't state what it fits Please don't keep asking for my pressure washer model as it has no relevance what so ever!! I called the 0845 230 6 230 (option 2), and found it a complete waste of time. I have now had to search your site in different ways to come up with three alternatives. You certainly don't make life easy do you! So which is the correct part for the T Racer T300 brush strip or should I say strip brush?
