Searched website for replacement parts after watching useful online video. Parts were exactly as described and shown. Delivery quick and the fitting was easy. Replacing the part was a lot quicker and cheaper than purchasing a new tumble dryer. Many thanks eSpares

Dryer was constantly showing water tank as full and clothes weren't drying. Having called repair companies they wanted more then this part cost to just look at the dryer. Checked the pump after researching the issue and ordered one to try. Pump received was the exact same as is fitted from the factory. Second part I've bought for this dryer and now working like new again. I'm sure I'll be buying more parts in the future.

Clip in n clip out, not to difficult just a bit fiddly. Only took about 10 mins to change got my dryer up n running again in no time at all. Works a treat.

Another Amazing Saving 19 February 2019
Saved myself what would have been a costly repair bill. I replaced the "Genuine" part in within 20 mins as not too difficult to do ( video on website on how to change it if you need help). Thanks again ESPARES

Perfect - 10 minutes to fit, saved £80! 10 February 2018
Our tumble dryer failed, phoned Hotpoint to take advantage of their "10 years free parts" guarantee. As expected, a total scam - The parts are only free if you pay £120 for an engineer to fit them! Instead, ordered the replacement pump from eSpares at 20:45 on Thursday, selected next day delivery, and using their tutorial video, had the our dryer fixed in 10 minutes by Friday afternoon. Absolutely faultless service, would definitely use eSpares again in future. Thanks!

Excellent and efficient service 25 February 2022
After discovering my condenser tumble dryer was noisy I ordered a bearing, shaft etc for the drum. When I opened up the dryer I discovered that it was the water pump. I returned the bearing, shaft etc and ordered the pump. After fitting the pump the dryer is working perfect and I have already received the refund for the parts I returned. I have dealt with e-spares for a number of years and they have never let me down.
