  I bought this as an add on to my purchase of a new salad drawer for my fridge and must say it was a good choice. Unlike the kitchen towel I had been using, there is now no moisture or mold forming on the bottom of the drawer and the salad/veg seems to be keeping fresh longer. Some reviewers have complained about the price but it does the job and in my view is not that expensive. I recommend the product.

  for a long time I've been replacing soggy paper towels from the basket base. I bought this c.2 weeks ago following the other users recommendations. it seems to have cured the problem. not inexpensive for a foam mat but worth it if it works.

  Vegetable Drawer Anti Moult Mat 05 May 2016

  To be honest I was slightly sceptical at first but after I installed it in my fridge and experienced how fresh my vegetable are kept I would highly recommend this product. I had to cut it to size, but this was no problem.

  Difficult to say..... 24 April 2016

  I've cut this and put it in my salad drawer in the fridge but really can't see if it's making much difference, probably too early to tell. You have to cut the mat, which is simple to do, so that it fits your drawer and unfortunately the amount you get isn't sufficient for two drawers so it is rather expensive.

  Seems to be a sheet of sponge type material but harder. It does the job it is designed for but would a sponge sheet be just as good? I am checking

  Can't really make up my mind about this item. The description is anti mould mat but looks like a sponge that seems over large for my fridge veg drawer. Have inserted and will see how it goes .

  Repacement for similar product 31 May 2015

  I have used a similar product, which I had to fit in two halves, for a long time and it keeps vegatables fresh for longer in the crisper box in the fridge. The origanal was green and twice the price. Blue works the same and I have been able to wash the old product in the washing machine (without soap). I will probably buy another of these as I can fit it exactly and use the original in vegetable baskets in my pantry.

  I bought these recently and obviously you have to have them in the fridge for a while before commenting on them. They are brilliant in extending the life of fruit and veg; every thing stays crisp and fresh. Hence have bought more. one generous sized mat cut in half fits 2 veg/fruit drawers in my fridges. Very pleased.
