Oven door glass arrived quickly and well packaged-fitting requires specialist tools and much patience so an advisory note on this might be helpful for the uninitiated...

Rather tiresome to fit. Take some pictures as you dismantle as some of the parts become loose and can fall before you take note of their position. Would have cost £150 to get it changed and this is the third one! I’m assured it’s not a design fault...

Why do I even look elsewhere..... 06 February 2020
This is what I was after BUT I take the point from an earlier review that you also probably need to order a new seal - Stock Number: ES754624. Had to wait another 4 days for the new seal to arrive and the microwave was out of action until then. A missed opportunity by e-spares to increase customer satisfaction and increase revenues !! Taking the door off of the oven and then taking the door apart is pretty intuitive - the instructions that came with the oven cover taking the door off and then you're on your own in taking the actual door apart to replace the glass - but it only goes back one way and if you're clear on taking it apart, simples !!! - nothing on You Tube ..... And the packing of the parts was spot on.

Quick deliveryonly 2 days. My only complaint is that just after ordering I thought I had ordered the wrong part. Contrary to the advice on the Web Site, I could NOT cancel the order. Luckily it was the correct part. As for the fitting....take heed of all the reviews, It is a complex and tricky DIY procedure. There is some advice on the espares reviews. The manual explains how to remove the outer door. After that you slacken 4 screws on the hinge and then you can slide the whole inner door up and off. My advice is to take photos of every stage of the dismantly process, however trivial. Good luck!

The inner glass of the door of my aging but trusty Neff top combi-oven shattered when preparing the evening meal. Had I not been able to get a replacement the whole unit would have needed renewal (maybe even a new kitchen!) However with on-line ordering and an early morning delivery all was back to normal by coffee time next day. A DIY job if approached with caution.The broken glass needs to be taped thoroughly before removal as the shards can be injurious. Also wise to keep parts in correct placement as removed especially smaller catches and clips which are inclined to fall away. There are many screws involved, I found an electric screwdriver useful and maybe best for an even torque around the glass and gasket when re-assembling.

Really good product at a sensible price and with good delivery time. The glass is an awkward part to fit but this is an issue with the oven, not the part or eSpares!
