  Well made, biggest problem you might have is separating the old hub adaptor from the disk which holds the blades. Instruction and tips on site on how to fit new item were very good. The item was delivered on time and I was able to track the progress of the parcel also received txt from Royal Mail when the parcel was being delivered. Very good service

  Flymo Lite Replacement Hub 13 July 2017

  High quality replacement part which was delivered within 72hrs at an excellent price. Direct replacement for the existing hub, identical part as far as I could see. Repair took less than 10 minutes and the mower was back working perfectly again.

  Designed and made to fail. 12 June 2016

  This is the third time I have replaced this plastic hub adapter on a Flymo Mow n Vac. It is not fit for purpose as there is insufficient thread in the barrel to firmly hold it on the motor shaft. As soon as the mower blade meets any resistance, the spindle adapter slips on the motor shaft, generates heat and then melts. Creating a lovely mess which takes a lot of time to remove before a new part can be fitted. Thankfully the hub adapter is relatively inexpensive but the true cost of this repair is the amount of time spent compensating for a very poor design.
