  Brilliant purchase-saved me buying a new cooker! 06 July 2021

  Cooker stopped heating up. Looked on eSpares, seemed I needed a new element. Checked how to fit it and saw brilliant eSpares video for my exact cooker and element. I was a bit worried, but I ordered and fitted it myself with the help from the video. Thanks!!! Saved a fortune. Will be more confident in fixing anything else that goes now!!!

  Easier than expected to fit 19 April 2020

  Checked the video before ordering and was relieved to find that the element could be replaced in a built in unit without requiring access to the back of the oven (as suggested in other on line videos) Item arrived ahead of delivery date. Only difference to video was that the screws were torx rather than phillips. Element replaced in around 20 minutes - taking things slowly and carefully. Hopefully as this is the element fitted by Neff it should last some time.

  Fixed at haste 19 February 2020

  Ordered fan oven heater later in afternoon and oven was fixed less than 24 hours later. Excellent YouTube clip explaining how to do it was the key. I purchased the part from the company who told me how to do it.
