Easily fitted and the wife is happy now it`s not taking 4 hours to dry the towels. Would recommend fitting this to give the machine a new lease of life.

Ordered this which comes with the two thermosts for high and low heat also replaced the main thermostat. Parts arrived within 20 hours from order, well packed, great quality and an exact drop in fit. All work perfectly. Easy job to complete just take your time and work slowly. Some great guide videos available from e-spares for thoes who have not ventured inside a dryer before. Be safe alway remove the power before starting.

Easy to install and came quickly, even though it was out of stock at time of purchase. Seemed a bit expensive but, a lot cheaper than a new tumble drier!

Easy to order and excellent delivery time. Fitting was straight forward just needed to be positive to encourage small socket driver into the sleeve on the back protective panel. Part supplied works well. Will certainly obtain any other parts we need from this company.

Necessary replacement 23 March 2011
The item arrived in a timely fashion, and was phycically a replacment, for the old unit, with one massive exception. the wiring loom/plug were entirely different, even though I gave the part number, and the dryer model number. On initially plugging it in, it blew the mains fuse. IF they had supplied an alternatate, wiring diagram, things would have been okay. But none was included, SO I was left with having to spend an hour with a meter, re-configuring the loom/plug to work with my dryer. I did check, again, that I had supplied the correct Dryer number, to comfirm it wasn't my error, and it wasn't. IF universal parts are going to be supplied for machines then, "heres an idear", supply an alternate wiring diagram, with them! LASTLY, The PRICE was outrageous for a heating element, You could buy a television or five fan heaters, for the same price!!!!!!

I'm a novice, but if it's just changing a part I'd rather do that than spend money on getting a man in. The part did exactly what I wanted it to do, but a photo would have helped as I was buying a part that I hoped would look like the one I'd taken off, but I wasn't sure.

Excellent that the appliance model to parts match system works well taking the hassle out of ordering the wrong part. The item arrived promptly within the specified time with fitting executed in about 15 minutes. Tumble dryer back up and running much to the wife's delight.
