  A worthwhile purchase 13 December 2016

  This was a requirement after the current bulb and fitting dies a rather quick death! I think the description should have noted that bulb was included as I purchased a bulb as well. Had it not been for the internet video I may have had problems with dissembling the item prior to fitting. Otherwise all well.

  After weeks trying to find an oven lamp glass I finally faced eSpares website (why didn't I do it before? I wish I had this answer!). I had to buy the whole kit assembly with light bulb and everything else, but the price was the same of only one part of the kit on other websites. Moreover, those are parts I will need someday, so I have not lost my money. The service was excellent, the delivery was very fast and the website was easy to use and very intuitive.   Straightforward replacement 23 March 2012

  The part was an exact replacement for the old lamp. The lamp comes complete with bulb fitted so no need to purchase a bulb separately. Delivered on time well packaged and intact. You MUST ensure you isolate the oven from electric supply before attempting to change this part or change the bulb. Just two connectors to the back. It is possible to jiggle the lamp unit out of the hole from the oven side without removing the oven assembly.
