  Having bought a unversal hose which had a straight connector to the water pump not the right angle connector required, i had to try live chat for a 2.5 m length. Live chat came back with a zanussi original. Ordered sunday 2 pm delivered next day at 10 am. Fitted by 1pm. Tested and commisioned by wife by 3. Impressed? Very!

  Ordered the part and it arrived within two days. My husband had no trouble fitting the hose in the washing machine. Would recommend using e spares again.
