  Wrong fit 10 April 2020

  I am actually quite disappointed as I ordered this part which says it will fit my flymo contour power plus ,I inherited this from my late uncle and unless he converted it ( which I can’t see as the cover would not fit either The cover will not go over the line freeder which protrude out so the cover will not go over

  Replacement head cover for Flymo strimmer 28 June 2017

  Although the model no. was the same as my strimmer, it had obviously changed over the years (mine must have been bought when they first appeared on the scene - 15 years?) The cover took a little filing down to bed down on the base and also a couple of little screws to hold it in place. Other than that it works perfectly. Nice to be able to trim the edges again.

  Saved my strimmer! 15 May 2016

  Wore the original one away strimming weeds on the block paving, and purchased a new Bosch strimmer (which was useless). Resurrected my Flymo when I found this part on Espares. Probably on about the fourth one now and the old Flymo keeps going on and on.
