  Confusing 28 February 2018

  The website shows a filament lamp, but the description is of an halogen lamp, which is what came out of the Neff cooker hood. The website shows that it is not compatible with the Neff model number, but I ordered two lamps and both were identical to the original lamps. They appear to work fine. Job done

  The product came in the timescale and condition committed to. A small piece of feedback would be that the amount of packaging was completely disproportionate to the item ordered (it may be the case that this was the smallest box available). You could have fitted a lifetime supply of bulbs in the box....
