  This is the second time I've use espares and I was thrilled with their quick delivery, constant updates via text to tell me how long my order would take and even approximate time of delivery! I was surprised they even had the spare I needed in stock! Definitely use them again.

  Very expensive, no improvement in quality 19 February 2014

  For what it is, it is very expensive. This is the second replacement I have had because of the same fracture fault a the base of the feed tube. So there has been no improvement in the quality or any attempt to resolve the design issue. Phillips have missed a trick here: very poor product development!

  Replacement lid 18 September 2013

  My mother cracked her existing lid and insisted I buy a new replacement. I was taken aback by the price when there is a practically identical lid available for half the amount. I was told that although it looked exactly the same I would need to buy the more expensive lid to ensure a proper fit...... Is there an issue with the strength of this particular part? Although ordered over the phone and confirmation email said part had been dispatched, it took nearly a week to arrive

  Fantastic service, fast, efficient and product well packed and arrived in perfect condition. Ordered on Saturday, delivered on Monday.......absolutely brilliant! The original juicer lid broke at the base of the tube but this one is a perfect replacement. Will definitely use espares again!

  I baught a plastic juicer lid, the juicer I baught about 2year's ago. I make juice every morning so it gets lots of use. The lid cracked, and I was delighted to be able to replace just the lid, now my juicer is as good as new. No problem fitting as it was a perfect fit.
