  Sealed with a seal 17 November 2016

  The main door seal on our Neff oven had lost its tension and was allowing heat to escape. Using the epares search facility I was able to find the correct part in seconds by searching by the oven serial number. It arrived and took approximately 30 seconds to fit. Job done.

  Nef oven door seal 18 March 2016

  The old door seal was very thin, but when I received the new one it was alot thicker, and sealed the door very well. It was very easy to fit, because it was the correct size, and you did not have to cut anything off at all. I am now 70n years old, and do not always find these jobs easy these days, but this was very easy to fit. ken Wood

  Genuine replacement part for Neff oven 24 February 2016

  Bought this as 20 year old oven seal was sagging and scorched, and heat was escaping out. Arrived promptly and fitting was easy with the metal clips - no more sagging of the seal. Still a bit of noise escaping and some heat loss but maybe the door hinges are also weaker to shut.

  The product description was clear and I was confident that it was exactly the correct item, some sites were a bit "ambiguous". There were apparent slightly cheaper examples on other sites, but I put a lot of stock in overall quality and the level of service. Having purchased a spares item last year from espares I was happy to pay the little extra for the reliable service. The item arrived the next day, exactly to specification, to a high quality standard and was fitted with ease. What more can you ask for.

  I first wrote to Neff requesting original part but they never answered. That's how I found e spares. The part is perfect fit and took a minute to put in. I think it is a bit expensive for what it is but all in all I am glad I found this website and will be buying from here again.
