Easy to order online. Simple to identify correct element from website, and was also an original manufacturers part. Paid extra for next day delivery as it was for my daughter with a family. Arrived next day on time and easily fitted apart from all the dirt behind the cooker !!

WHEN THE ELEMENT DISTORTED IN MY OVEN AND BROKE WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO STRAIGHTEN IT. I THOUGHT NEW OVEN ? AND THEN I REMEMBERED E SPARES A COMPANY I HAVE USED A COUPLE OF TIMES BEFORE. IT WAS VERY SIMPLE FINDING EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED USING THE DETAILS ON MY OVEN AND IN THE HANDBOOK, I VARIFIED THAT THE ELEMENT I CHOSE WOULD FIT My OVEN AND ALSO THAT IT WAS IN STOCK. THERE IS A VIDEO TO WATCH AND IT TELLS YOU EXACTLY HOW TO DO IT. IT WAS VERY EASY TO DO, NO ENGINEERS NO NEW OVEN.I JUST FOLLOWED THE DIRECTIONS IN THE VIDEO, JOB DONE. !!! THANK YOU E SPARES.

This was the second element I had ordered as my first choice was not the correct one. Fitting was straightforward, delivery was quick and on time on both occasions. So full marks to e spares and Royal Mail for this at a very busy time of the year. The only thing to be completed at this time is my refund on my original order. Well done all concerned.
