  Fixed Pulsing problems 25 May 2017

  My Karcher was leaking water and pulsing when idle and losing pressure. The replacement head was relatively easy to fit, cleared the problem, and saved the cost of a replacement machine and meant I could continue to use my accessories..

  Excellent Repair 16 April 2017

  Bought this product and fixed my leaking and pressure washer. Can't believe how much more pressure I got back. Also the auto stop/start now works. Saved a £180 pressure washer for a little time and effort.

  Probable design flaw 01 September 2016

  This is the second time I've had to replace this in my lightly-used pressure washer. It develops a hairline crack which leaks at the high pressures generated, causing the motor to "hunt" when the lance isn't in use. Probably a design flaw.

  Saved scrapping a useful pressure washer 20 August 2016

  I have had the pressure washer a while, but it broke down soon after guarantee period. I assumed it was scrap but found your website and decided to try a new part. The part worked perfectly and it was very simple to fit. Pressure washer now fully functioning again.

  Easy as 1 2 3, no more pulsing. 15 June 2016

  After doing a bit of digging and rather than bin my karcher (k4.91) I followed a few you tube videos on how to stop my power wash pulsing. I went for the cylinder head first and it wasn't that my last option was the control head. Great!!!! job done spent a fraction of the cost of a new power wash and power was like brand new. Easy to fit with correct tools.

  Did the trick 07 September 2015

  This part was the final hope for repairing the Karcher having tried to keep cost down by only fitting the other suspect service parts in vain (cylinder head, outlet connection elbow, suction connection, detergent inlet). The housing piston and O-ring appeared to be OK without obvious signs of wear but transpired was not the case. As long as it lasts me another year or so I suppose it was worth the blood sweat and tears of reassembly and final outlay,fingers crossed.

  Better than New Performance. 08 March 2015

  I bought a Karcher KB 5050 pressure washer but after a couple of sessions it lost pressure and started pulsating. Diagnosed the problem thanks to web forums and indeed Espares narrative. I ordered a replacement Control Head and Pump Cylinder Head from E spares. Great service - informed of dispatch & delivery dates & received the parts on the day. Replaced the parts easily including swapping the Control Head internals. Primed the washer, switched on & its performance was better than new !! Full pressure, no pulsating & a very clean patio. Brilliant service from espares saved me the cost of a new pressure washer.
